The sinuosity example is in the help, you can find it here: http://esriurl.com/pythontoolbox
Note: On the sinuosity example, it has been modified to use new datatype keywords added at service pack 1. Given the timing, you may not have that yet, so you would have to replace 'GPFeatureLayer' with 'Feature Layer' to have in work on a 10.1 install (with no service packs)..
